Finding Our Way through the Unknown
Join me online this Tuesday, considering how we navigate change
Navigating the Unknown “is the skill of remaining in relationship with the unknown, greeting it, letting it change us instead of trying to change it….We are asked to companion our fears so that we can befriend the unknown and the future itself. Evoking a spirit of curiosity and exploration while rejecting the impulse to conquer.” (From Trusting Change, by Karen Hering).
How do we find our way when the maps we have are out of date or the path we’re on disappears? What will guide us when we enter the unknown?
This month’s focus is on Navigating the Unknown, a practice of befriending the unknown with an open heart and mind that can help us find our way. If you’d like to explore this in an online session of embodied practices and guided writing, reflection and conversation, please register for “On the Cusp of Change: Navigating the Unknown,” on Tuesday, June 18.
Registration through the Christine Center and Prairiewoods retreat centers is open to all. Paid subscribers to Threshold Times can register using the link below as a benefit of your subscription.
Take care and be well.
